So if my client is not auto patching should i use that link that is in the thread? Should i just wait for them to put it up in the manual download section? If so how long does it take for them to put it there, because it is not yet there?

No, sit and wait for the patch to be verified then try it. safest answer.
Ok but everyone else seems to be able to download from auto patcher even my brother whom is right next to me. See I can not see other captains portraits or use in-game browser cause of an issue with my internet. I believe that it is causing a problem with the auto patcher. So what should i do wait for them put it up in the manual patch section or use this one provided.

If you update it now your client won't be corrupted properly! 
OMG thank you i forgot i needed a corrupted client you saved the day. lol
